Berry ice cream for dogs — yes please! My Aussie goes bananas for blueberries and I've been looking for ways to turn them into frozen treats. This recipe is perfect for summer. I've also been reading up on the best vitamins and supplements for dogs to complement her diet — berries are naturally high in antioxidants which is amazing. Thanks for sharing this!

What a fun and refreshing treat idea! My dog would go absolutely wild for strawberry mango ice cream — she loves anything fruity. I love that you're using dog-safe ingredients because so many human foods can be harmful to pups. Will definitely be making this for her this summer!

I know this heartache to well. Been through it with several through my years. I'm 72. It is never easy to say goodbye to a family member whether they walk upright or on all fours. Our Labrador Retriever, Scarlett Annabelle will be three years old in April. I know she will probably out live us, which I have made arrangements already for her to be cared for by my former Daughter in law when this occurs.

I’m so very sorry for your loss of Morgan. I don’t think it ever gets any easier. The pain of saying goodbye, holding them until they take their last breath and then waiting for their ashes to come home, to feel some sort of peace. I said goodbye to my girl Feyre’ on January 13, 2026, I rescued her 2 years ago on December 30th, she was a Boerboel, a gentle giant that was the most chill, goofy cartoon character like that I have ever known. She was a train wreck from the start, but I fought for her every step of the way, and she also had issues with her platelets and her breathing, they thought she had some sort of cancer somewhere, we just couldn’t pin point it because of her size. The last weekend, she also had black, bloody diarrhea and I knew it was time. The pain is unbearable. I’m sending you love, hugs and prayers for healing, because I feel every bit of that pain ????????????

These should be fine in the freezer, though the texture may change some when thawed. They should last up to 7 days in an air tight container in the fridge.
